CSMAR Position on issues The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® (CSMAR) boundaries contain five cities, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and two counties, Ventura County, and Los Angeles County.
