The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® is dedicated to providing its members with the most current information and tools to enable them to assist their clients with successful transactions.

Designated REALTOR® (Broker)
A licensed Broker who is the responsible member for at least one office. A Designated REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and adheres to a strict Code of Ethics.
A licensed Salesperson who is sponsored by a Designated REALTOR®. A Non-Designated REALTOR® Member is a licensed real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and adheres to a strict Code of Ethics.
Affiliates are real estate owners and other individuals of firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association.

How do I get a real estate license?
The first step in getting a real estate license is to contact the California Department of Real Estate
If I just passed the real estate test, can I join the Association?
Yes, you can join our Association if you are currently sponsored by a Broker.
How much are dues?
The dues you pay are based on your level of membership with our Association (Designated REALTOR®/Broker, REALTOR®, MLS Participant/Subscriber, or Affiliate). The current Dues Overview is posted on our site.
When are the annual Membership Dues and MLS Access Fees due?
Yearly membership renewals are payable the first business day of December and are due in January.
Yearly MLS Access Fees are due in May of each year.
What is an LFRO office?
A Limited Function Referral Office (LFRO) is a separate entity that sponsors real estate licensees or appraisers whose sole function is to refer prospective clients to a particular broker.
When is new member orientation?
New member orientation is usually offered on the third Tuesday of every month. We encourage you to contact the Member Services Department to confirm for the specific month in question.
How do I get a Supra eKey or lockbox?
When you join our Association you have the opportunity to lease the Supra eKey app on your iPhone, Blackberry or Android. Please note that your eKEY with our provider is automatically debited from your account monthly. In addition to the eKEY, you can also purchase electronic lock boxes in our REALTOR® Store.
How do I get ZipForms?
To have access to ZipForms, you must be a member of California Association of REALTORS®
