The CSMAR Leadership Academy is designed to identify and develop professional and community leaders from within the Association by empowering leadership program participants to:
- Become a leader in the community in a capacity that drives them
- Embrace leadership opportunities in their professional field to innovate and advance the vision of CSMAR, C.A.R. and NAR
- Be an impactful voice for residents, improving the communities they live in and serve
By introducing participants to key workings of the communities we represent and to current leaders, while providing an opportunity for problem-solving discussions, 2026 CSMAR Leadership Academy will achieve this goal.

Qualifications- Applicants must be a current member of Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® in good standing. Affiliate Members are also welcome.
Tuition for each participant accepted into the 2026 CSMAR Leadership Academy is $500.00, a portion of which is sponsored by the Association. Upon completion of required participation, participants will be refunded $150.
Required Participation:
- Eight sessions held once per month beginning February 5, 2026. Remaining session dates: March 5, April 2, April 27-29, June 4, July 9, August 6, September 3. Graduation: October 1st, 2026. Times vary and will take approximately 1/2 of the day.
- An Association-funded two-night travel session in Sacramento for the California Association of REALTORS® Legislative Day Meetings from April 27-29, 2026.
- Participants will graduate upon completion of the program. Class members are required to attend the Introduction Day on February 5th.
- There is some light homework.
